Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in plastic injection molding? We’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our team and take ownership of equipment reliability, team development, and facility compliance.

As a Maintenance Manager , you’ll play a critical role in:

• Leading and assisting your team in troubleshooting complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Partnering with QA to ensure maintenance activities align with company quality standards
• Planning and executing facility improvements and expansions
• Managing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Ensuring compliance with all city, county, state, and federal regulations
• Driving preventive maintenance schedules and minimizing downtime
• Coordinating technician activities across production and facilities

We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager with:

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance for plastic injection molding
• At least 6 years of experience in a Maintenance Manager role
• A strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic background
• The ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC ladder diagrams
• A calm, proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
