This position involves applying SAP experience within the Aerospace and Defense sector to facilitate the development, implementation, and sustainment of the ERP system and processes, with a focus on Warehouse Management. You will collaborate with multiple project teams to optimize end-to-end processes and provide capabilities such as: Analyzing Production Operations business processes for improvements and system applicability. Defining solutions supporting Manufacturing Production Operations, including SAP configuration and business process support. Conducting gap analysis and re-engineering SAP activities. Leading blueprinting, configuration, testing, and production support activities. Designing systems, developing configurations, performing unit testing, and assessing operational readiness. You will also author functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, master data, reports, and custom transactions, as well as conduct testing, documentation, and end-user training. Basic Qualifications Candidates should meet all of the following: Significant experience with ERP/SAP applications in large enterprise environments. Experience in authoring functional specifications based on customer requirements. Exposure to Master Schedule, Shop Floor, and Production Planning scenarios. Experience collaborating with ABAP developers to design and standardize customized solutions. Ability to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Functional knowledge to meet operational needs, increase revenue, and reduce costs. Supporting full cycle SAP implementations, including Gap Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Blueprinting, Development, Testing, Reporting, Go-live, and Post Go-live support. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, especially regarding IT system integration. Effective communication and facilitation skills, capable of technical and functional discussions. US Citizenship is required due to access to systems related to national defense. Desired Skills Experience in Aerospace and Defense sectors. Knowledge of SAP system configuration. Experience with IDoc processing. Familiarity with SAP modules such as Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management/Inventory Management (WM/IM), Master Data Governance (MDG), and Transportation Management (TM). Understanding of agile development methodologies; SAFe certification preferred. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and SAP integration.
