Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with a flair for print design to join our creative team. In this role, you will assist in creating visually stunning materials such as brochures, direct mail campaigns, marketing materials, and brand collateral. Your contributions will be integral to our mission of delivering memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in responding to briefs from global marketing and sales teams.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of visually engaging assets.
• Support the development of creative concepts across brand, marketing campaigns, and events. Adhere to design quality standards and best practices. Work under the guidance of senior designers to learn and maintain quality.
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to align with objectives and brand guidelines. Participate in the design process from concept to print delivery.
• Contribute to design consistency across various channels and platforms.
• Keep up with latest design and cultural trends, as well as emerging technologies.
• Help uphold brand integrity. Balance multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail. Collaborate with external vendors and printers for production success.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating print design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Background in luxury industries (fashion, hospitality, travel) is advantageous.
• Understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and print production.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
