This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the University's ERP system, collaborating with various IT professionals to design and implement new features while ensuring effective project management and adherence to departmental procedures. Responsibilities: Provide ERP support, assist with ERP patches/upgrades, and follow development life cycle for development efforts. Develop APIs, create data pipelines, and automate data integration across legacy systems using various ETL strategies. Recommend improvements for departmental standards and ensure UST and ITS processes are followed for system development. Provide expert technical knowledge to support decision-making for technical solutions that meet customer needs. Plan, design, develop, install, test, and document new development projects. Create system design specifications based on functional requirements. Collaborate with the project team and key users to determine solutions to business needs. Provide accurate and timely information to UST Faculty, Staff, and Students; develop cost-effective systems; coordinate project efforts; ensure successful project completion. Follow departmental protocols for communication, change management, outage planning, customer service, and issue tracking. Attend departmental meetings, manage administrative tasks, and maintain knowledge bases and communication guidelines. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing and ERP systems. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, QM, or certification in Computer Programming/Operations. One year of professional experience with programming and operating systems. Preferred: Experience in higher education or instructional settings. Experience leading collaborative teams, setting priorities, and maintaining team flexibility.
