Qualities Of A Custodian: Hard-working Goal-oriented Able to work independently Responsible Can take charge of a situation Punctual Able to Multi-task What Custodians Do: Efficiently working throughout the entire work shift to clean client buildings (dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, and trash pulling) Maximizing the quality of service delivered to our customers and presenting a good company image Using supplies and equipment properly to clean buildings Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service. What A Custodian Will Be Measured On: Perfect attendance - no unexcused absences, tardies Great customer feedback Start on time and work within budgeted hours Minimize accidents and damage Find and fix problems Custodian Requirements: Reliable Transportation Must be willing to consent to/pass a background screen Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify Strong work ethic and desire for long-term employment We use E-Verify to verify employment eligibility for workers.
