Job Description

Hybrid Schedule. Contract to Hire. Oxford Solutions is working with a client looking for an IT Support Specialist. In this role you will be providing first-line technical support across multiple East Coast locations. This hybrid, contract-to-hire role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of IT support experience who enjoys troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for Level I IT support Respond to and resolve service desk tickets, incidents, and requests in a timely manner Support both Windows 10/11 and Mac operating systems Assist with mobile device support (iOS and Android) Provide basic hardware setup and printer installation support Assist end-users with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools Work closely with a small IT team to support users across multiple locations Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field OR equivalent certification 1 to 3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience Customer service experience highly preferred Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS, mobile platforms, and common office software tools Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with a small, hands-on team IT Support Specialist - 25-00304 Oxford Solutions
