The Difference You Make: As an Analyst in Investment Banking Coverage, you will play a critical role in supporting deal execution, financial analysis, and client relationship management. Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements: Provides support to senior bankers. Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting. Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis. Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparable, transaction comparable and LBO analysis. Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations. Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies. Education: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field. Work Experience: Experience in Technology Investment Banking, preferably in Software 1 year Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Software. Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player and self-starter.
