We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who is motivated to learn and grow. We value potential and talent, offering a comprehensive training program for those new to the industry. This position includes a competitive salary with additional commission and bonus opportunities.

Base Salary: $50,000+ annually depending on experience

Total Annual Compensation Potential with Commission and Bonus Opportunities of $72,000-$130,000+

License Requirement After 90 Days

Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Actively seek referrals and expand professional networks.
  • Answer inbound calls to assist clients with anything they need
  • Provide a review of the current policies in place to verify proper coverage and fill any gaps in coverage
  • Ask for reviews and referrals
  • Assist with claims situations
  • Specialties include claims assistance, onboarding, compliance, cancellation/termination, inspection issues
Requirements
  • No previous experience required!
  • Must be coachable and willing to get your Colorado Property and Casualty License.
  • Bilingual required (Spanish)
  • License Reimbursement paid after 90 days of obtaining license.
