Job Title: Industrial Operations Laborer

Location: Gwinn, Michigan

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per Hour, +$2.00 per Hour Shift Differential for Nights

Shift:
Day Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday, 9pm to 9am
Night Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday, 9am to 9pm

What Will You Do?

• Maintain cleanliness in an industrial environment through tasks like sweeping and scrubbing equipment.
• Assist with packaging, handling, and transporting raw materials and finished products, including operating mobile equipment like skid steers and forklifts.
• Support maintenance projects with welding, grinding, and cutting tasks.
• Operate machinery in the production process and assist with operational needs.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, handling materials both manually and with equipment.

What Do You Need?

• Experience operating and maintaining mobile equipment.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing setting.
• Strong teamwork skills to ensure safe and productive operations.
• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to perform outdoor tasks during winter, such as snow shoveling and ice removal.
