Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Laborer/Trainee located in Lancaster, PA. The HVAC Laborer/Trainee will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. This role includes tasks such as providing assistance to senior technicians, performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC issues, and supporting plumbing tasks as needed. The role also involves maintaining a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.

Qualifications

• The ability to regularly lift and move equipment and tools in excess of 100lbs.
• Driver's License
• Willingness to grow into an on-call tech for after hours calls
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing a plus
• Skills in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Strong customer service abilities
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in HVAC or plumbing is a plus but not mandatory
• Certification in HVAC or plumbing is advantageous
