Position Purpose

Beverly Hills Cancer Center is currently seeking an experienced, full-time hands-on Human Resources Manager. As an HR Manager, you will work with a team that operates in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to be a part of the company’s growth, while further developing your skills.

Essential Functions Include:

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices;
• Conducting recruitment efforts, including writing job descriptions, placing advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates, performing reference checks, extending job offers, and conducting new-employee orientations;
• Performance management and improvement of systems including performance development plans and employee evaluation programs;
• Ensuring the organization is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations;
• Overseeing the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization;
• Employee onboarding , offboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
• Policy & procedure development and documentation ;
• Company employee and community communication;
• Compensation and benefits administration;
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;
• Employee services and counseling;
• Designing and implementing employee retention strategies and continuing focus on positive company culture.
• 5+ years of direct experience in human resources management preferred.

Education

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
• ADP knowledge preferred.
• Experience rolling out programs highly preferred.
