We're looking for a friendly and motivated HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in delivering a smooth, welcoming experience for new hires and employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment while helping build a positive, people-focused workplace!
What You’ll Do:
Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding
Scan documents into Workday and maintain digital records
Create employee badges and assist with payroll and timekeeping (eTime)
Support recruiting efforts by sending candidate schedules and follow-ups
Help coordinate HR programs and assist with employee engagement activities
Provide friendly, helpful support to employees and hiring managers
Pitch in on various HR tasks and support your team where needed
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in HR, admin, or recruiting support
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Friendly, approachable, and full of positive energy
Comfortable using Excel, and ideally familiar with Workday or eTime
Organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple priorities
Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a big plus
