This role blends hands-on payroll processing, HR administration, and full-cycle recruiting. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys being a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership alike. This is a full-time, fully onsite role working as part of a human resources team that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Process hourly and salary payroll and prepare payroll reports, tax filings and audits
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening candidates and onboarding
- Act as liaison with temporary staffing agencies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and policies
- Administer benefit programs and communicate with vendors
- Maintain accurate, confidential HR records in compliance with legal standards
- Assist with human resources projects and policy/process updates

Qualifications for HR Generalist:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in human resources and payroll, preferably in manufacturing or corporate environments
- Proficient knowledge of wage & hour laws, payroll compliance, and benefits administration
- Experience with payroll and HRIS systems required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
