Training Location: Multiple Sites (Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs)

The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Hospital Administrator in Training to join our leadership development program. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, people-focused individual with a background in veterinary care or healthcare management to learn hospital operations and potentially grow into a hospital leadership role.
You'll work alongside experienced hospital managers, medical directors, and regional leaders while rotating through multiple departments and locations. Upon successful completion, you may be placed as a Hospital Administrator within one of our practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn day-to-day operations, including client service, scheduling, inventory, compliance, and team management
Support financial performance through KPI tracking and analysis
Help build a strong hospital culture focused on engagement and growth
Participate in leadership training, workshops, and development programs
Travel between locations across the Minneapolisarea to gain broad experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3+ years in healthcare, veterinary, or customer service management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Positive, collaborative, and eager to grow into a leadership role
Willing to travel locally and relocate if needed for final placement
