We are looking for collaborating physician (MD/DO) contractors to support clinicians performing In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs). We are excited to offer a signing bonus of up to $5,000 for eligible physicians who meet program requirements.
As a physician collaborator, you will earn a monthly stipend based on the number of nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants you oversee who are contracted with Signify Health.

Our dedicated clinicians provide personalized IHEs to health plan members, which include a comprehensive review of medication and medical history as well as a physical evaluation in the comfort of the member's home. You will have access to a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation, and you will not be involved in prescribing medications, ordering lab tests, or modifying patients' current treatment plans.
Payment is contingent upon the signing and execution of the collaborating physician contract/agreement and the fulfillment of all position requirements. The bonus payout will be at the sole discretion of Signify Health.
