Blackdog Builders is a growing company that is continuously searching for exceptional people to join our team. Since 1989, we have proudly served the Southern New Hampshire and Northeastern Massachusetts market with our 5 distinctive businesses. We are looking for team members who want to be part of a successful, growth-oriented company that is all about making its' customers raving fans and their team members excited to come to work each day! Our Home Services Carpenters/Technicians are responsible for performing various handyman services/jobs so candidates should possess a variety of carpentry skills. For the right candidate, we offer:

A competitive starting base wage ranging from $23.00 - $32.00/hour (based on experience)

Full time, Steady work

Company Profit-sharing

401(k), with a 50% company match (up to 5% of your pay)

Potential for project-based bonuses

Flextime (either a 4 or a 5-day work week)

Paid time off, including Paid Holidays

Health insurance with employer contribution

Dental and other supplemental insurances available

Requirements for candidates include:

5-10 Years of related experience

Excellent communication skills

The ability to lift and kneel

Your own basic set of carpentry tools

A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Willingness to work both in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire

Ability to work independently within a structured environment

A variety of technical carpentry skills including drywall, painting, tiling, roofing, cabinetry, finish work, light plumbing and electrical.

Being comfortable working inside, outside, on ladders and on top of the roof

Passing a thorough background check
