About the Opportunity
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in the San Francisco Bay Area to identify a seasoned Executive Healthcare Recruiter for a high-impact, contract-based opportunity. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong command of executive search practices, particularly within the healthcare and medical leadership space.

Position Summary
This is not a generalist recruiting role. The selected candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of senior-level physicians, medical executives, and administrative leaders. The position requires a strategic thinker with a refined approach to candidate engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and brand representation at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive-level clinical and administrative roles.

  • Partner with physician leaders and senior executives to define hiring needs and search strategies.

  • Execute direct sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier national and international talent.

  • Represent the client organization with professionalism and discretion in high-stakes candidate interactions.

  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

  • Maintain accurate records and workflows using Workday HCM and internal systems.

  • Provide market insights and consultative guidance to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive recruitment, with a proven track record in healthcare or life sciences.

  • Demonstrated success filling C-suite, physician leadership, or nationally recognized clinical roles.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working within complex healthcare systems, academic medical centers, or retained executive search firms.

  • Proficiency in Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.

  • Must be available to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area as needed.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in retained or boutique executive search environments.

  • Established network of healthcare executives or physician leaders.

  • Experience supporting organizations during periods of transformation or rapid growth.

Schedule
Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $65.00 to $67.00 per hour
