Job Description

Position Summary:

Cinch Home Services, one of the nation’s leading providers of home service solutions, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Customer Retention & Lifecycle Management team. In this role, you are responsible for the successful management of project requirements and path to and through implementation, ensuring that every step is documented and delivered accurately and on time.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify the strategic, creative, technical, operational, and analytics requirements for every Lifecycle Management initiative.
  • Be responsible for translating all input into project plans with specific and trackable assignments, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring all feedback is captured and maintained for future reference.
  • You are a self-starter (solely responsible for keeping projects on track); highly motivated (an expert at juggling multiple projects, amongst multiple people); very collaborative (the business is matrixed and moves at a fast pace).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, maintain, and manage project work plan, monitor, review, and evaluate progress.
  • Assist business owners to define project scope and requirements.
  • Define and document actions, owners, and deliverables clearly and accurately to meet timelines and budgets.
  • Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage change and conflict, measure deliverables to schedules, and develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity.
  • Coordinate with external vendor relationships (external partners, OEMs and BPO's) as related to project scope.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, and constantly monitor and present reports on project progress, quality assurance, problems, and solutions to all stakeholders.
  • Manage every project through all phases of the project management cycle, requirements, design, development, implementation, compliance, and post implementation phases.
  • Communicating key objectives, critical path milestones, and overall status to management.
  • Provide regular communication and project status updates to the team and stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of project management experience in related areas, such as customer lifecycle management, marketing strategy & implementation, product development, business process or operations optimization.
  • Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities and resources while maintaining a focus on quality.
  • Analytical mindset, with advanced Excel skills strongly preferred.
  • Experience using project management software (Monday.com is a plus) and Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience in a marketing omnichannel environment: print, digital, presentation, video
  • Technically savvy and familiar with Jira, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SFMC, Liferay, and shared document platforms.
  • Solid business acumen along with demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct and appearance.
  • Ability to produce and present clear, concise, and professionally written communications and executive presentations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or combination work and education in a related area required.
  • PMP certification preferred.
