About the Role:
Meshy is seeking a strategic and hands-onHead of Productto lead our product organization. In this key leadership role, you will own the product vision, oversee a growing team of Product Managers, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to drive Meshy’s next phase of growth. This position is ideal for a dynamic leader passionate about building industry-leading AI-powered 3D creation tools in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and articulate the product vision in alignment with business objectives, driving a shared sense of purpose across the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the product team , fostering a culture of clarity, speed, and user-centric thinking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and growth teams to rapidly ship impactful features.
• Own product prioritization, balancing core model innovation, workflow UX, and monetization strategies.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership to align product strategy with overall company direction and roadmap.
• Establish and track product success metrics , leveraging data and user insights to inform strategic decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of product management experience,with 2+ years in technical product management or working on AI/3D/ML-based products.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams, with a strong understanding of technical product development.
• Strong product sense with a proven track record of balancing strategic vision and execution focus.
• Experience building prosumer or SaaS tools; a background in 3D/creative/AI products is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems and simplify them for actionable execution.
• Exceptional English communication skills and a bias for action.
