The ideal candidate should have experience as an OM/Operations Director, preferably with pre-opening and luxury market experience, and must be a confident leader with strong financial planning skills. The Head of Operations will be at the forefront of the company's growth, with a current business generating significant revenue and a strong team of HOD-General Managers. The role demands a hands-on approach to ensure that the business and its new projects are successful. The candidate should be adept at managing high-end dining venues, have a clear understanding of P&Ls, and be passionate about the industry.
