The *Jimenez | Floyd Law Firm*, a well-established practice with over 17 years of success in family law, is seeking a dedicated *Family Law Attorney* with *at least 3 years of family law trial experience* to join our growing team. *Position Details*
* *Title:* Family Law Attorney
* *Practice Area:* Family Law
* *Experience Required:* Minimum 3 years (must include family law trial experience)
* *Location:* Odessa, Midland, or Dallas Metroplex (occasional travel to West Texas and DFW all travel expenses paid)
*Responsibilities*
* Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, modifications, enforcements, and adoptions.
* Represent clients in hearings and trials across West Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
* Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, orders, and settlement agreements.
* Work collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals to provide exceptional client service.
* Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and advocacy.
*Qualifications*
* J.D. from an accredited law school.
* Active Texas State Bar license (required).
* Minimum of 3 years of family law practice, with trial experience.
* Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a team environment.
