If youre a licensed title professional with a successful track record in commercial, residential, land development, and new construction closings youll fit right in with our fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience in commercial and residential title closings
Florida Title Insurance License (Active)
Proven ability to manage complex transactions involving commercial, land development, and builder deals
Experience with title policy preparation and reviewing title commitments
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines
A growth mindset and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative team player

What Youll Do:

• Coordinate end-to-end commercial and residential real estate closings
• Draft and prepare settlement statements, closing disclosures, and policies
• Oversee transaction processing from contract to post-closing
• Work directly with developers, attorneys, lenders, agents, and buyers
• Conduct closings in person or remotely (R.O.N. certification a plus)
• Handle title clearance issues and final title policy production
• Ensure all files are fully compliant and audit-ready
