EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, GLOBAL BRAND

We’re looking for an EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, GLOBAL BRAND to partner with our Creative Operations, Creative Sports, and Brand Marketing teams to deliver top-tier photo and film campaigns. You will develop strong partnerships both internally with teams and stakeholders, and externally with artists, production partners, and vendors to bring creative concepts to life. You are a creative problem solver, a leader, and have a passion for people and production, thriving in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Ensure seamless execution of global campaigns and initiatives through all production phases.
  • Partner with project leads and cross-functional teams to meet production and business requirements from brief to delivery.
  • Manage project risks by identifying options, impacts, and providing solutions, involving executive stakeholders as needed.
  • Oversee large budgets (10MM+) and multiple workstreams, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Expand and maintain a roster of top production vendors to realize creative concepts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier partners for collaboration.
  • Handle all production paperwork, contracts, permits, and licensing in partnership with legal, insurance, and asset protection teams.
  • Collaborate with internal legal, insurance, and external Business Affairs teams as required.
  • Maintain a creative vendor database and leverage relationships to support daily work.
  • Identify production opportunities, create processes for efficiency, and support growth and optimization.
  • Provide expertise on production questions, and offer training and mentorship to teams and partners.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 15+ years of relevant global production experience.
  • Experience in production, preferably with agency background.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary marketing and creative teams, and stakeholders.
  • Experience within a global retail organization is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead creatives through timelines and decision points.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel is required.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

Reporting to: Sr Director, Global Creative Studio Operations & Production, then to SVP, Global Brand Creative.

Compensation & Benefits:

The typical salary range is $134,100 - $176,000 annually, based on location, experience, and internal factors. Benefits include bonuses, health and dental coverage, paid time off, retirement plans, parental support, development programs, and more. Eligibility varies, and the company may modify these offerings at any time.

Workplace Arrangement:

This role requires in-person work, with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite, to foster collaboration and connection.
