We’re actively hiring a motivated Event & Promotions Assistant to join our fast-growing team supporting nonprofit campaigns and social impact initiatives .This is a paid, entry-level opportunity perfect for individuals eager to grow professionally while making a real difference in their community.
As an Event & Promotions Assistant, you’ll play a key role in organizing and executing live promotional events for nonprofit partners. You’ll help create memorable, meaningful community experiences that raise awareness, increase donations, and amplify important causes.
🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with event planning, setup, execution, and breakdown for outreach campaigns
Coordinate logistics and materials to ensure smooth, professional event activations
Manage branded displays , merchandise, and campaign inventory
Track attendee interactions, donor engagement, and performance metrics
Represent nonprofit clients through face-to-face promotions and public engagement
Help train and support new team members as the team expands
Provide a welcoming, professional presence at every event
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for event marketing and community outreach
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in fast-paced environments
Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic
Comfortable interacting with diverse audiences and members of the public
Flexible and open to local travel for events
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
