In this position, job duties include:

• Installation of Building Automation System (BAS) control wiring as shown on Mechanical Drawings and Control Drawings

• Proficient in conduit bending and installation per National Electrical Code requirements

• Installation of sensors, thermostats, controllers, valves actuators, damper actuators, and other HVAC control related equipment as shown on Mechanical and Control Drawings

• Direct and train team members to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in compliance with the National Electrical Code.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Electrician Apprenticeship

   

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work in summer heat & winter cold will be required. A candidate must be able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb for an extended period. Working in crawlspaces, trenches, and high elevations is also a regular requirement. You will also need to be able to distinguish varying shades of color.

EXPERIENCE:

• Electrical Journeyman License/Experience Preferred

• Construction Site Job Experience
