AVARA MARKETING / E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

This entry-level role will primarily focus on Customer Relationship Management. CRM focuses on customer retention and owned marketing channels like email and text messaging. In addition, you will also be working on ad hoc projects with our E-commerce/Website team as needed.

Duties:

• Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the execution of marketing emails and text/SMS messages.
• Work cross-functionally with internal business partners (creative, merchandising, etc.) in the planning & execution of marketing initiatives.
• Analyze marketing campaign results and data to make suggestions for improved performance.
• Perform market and competitive research.
• Assist in website maintenance and management.
• Evolve in a challenging, collaborative, team-based environment.

Requirements:

• Must be *extremely* detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Business related bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Positive can-do attitude!
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Able to continually meet deadlines.
• Able to take direction and work independently on projects.
• Able to work on-site 5 days a week.
