Position Overview

Director of Social Media spearhead our social media strategy and guide a talented team to create compelling content that engages high-profile professionals in the real estate industry. Expand our reach and enhance our brand across multiple platforms. Drive social media initiatives with a focus on innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Position Expectations

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our brands and goals. Brands include Subto, Top Tier TC, Gator Method, and Pace Morbys personal pages (@pacemorby).
• Oversee a team of social media managers.
• Create, edit, and manage engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing department, videographers, video editors, graphic designers, and more.
• Research current trends to keep social channels fresh and relevant.
• Manage the back-end of social media platforms, optimizing processes and automations.
• Utilize Sprout Social for content scheduling and organization.
• Measure performance based on content quality, engagement metrics, and lead/sales generation.
• Ensure effective team collaboration and process management.
• Utilize paid ads to enhance social media reach and impact.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in social media management.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a large team.
• Proficiency in video editing, preferably using Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools, preferably Sprout Social.
• Expertise in developing strategies and creating content that drives engagement and achieves business goals.
• Excellent research skills to stay updated with social media trends and market insights.
• Strong technical skills for platform management and building social media automations.
• Experience with paid ads to boost social media performance.
