Seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and professional Aircraft Maintenance Technician with specialized experience on the Dassault Falcon 7X to join our Part 91 private aviation team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate must have extensive aircraft maintenance experience, leadership capabilities, and thorough knowledge of Falcon 7X aircraft systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Operations & Compliance:

• Serve as Chief Technician responsible for oversight of Falcon 7X maintenance, including scheduled, unscheduled, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience or the ability to attain applicable certification across Pilatus and Embraer aircraft.
• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and repairs on Falcon 7X airframe, engines, avionics, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with Dassault FalconCare Elite program, FAA regulations, and company policies.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute major inspections (C checks, 8-year inspections, and other scheduled service intervals).
• Manage relationships and liaise effectively with service providers and vendors such as Rockwell Collins, Honeywell Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Dassault Falcon Jet.
• Conduct detailed monthly post-flight inspections and services, including extensive interior and exterior visual inspections, lights checks, engine oil checks and service, tire pressure checks and service, and fuel sump checks.
• Oversee and review maintenance tracking software, ensuring accurate representation of maintenance requirements and validating log entries.

Team & Facilities Management:

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Pilot, management, and executive leadership to ensure aircraft readiness and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate routine maintenance of facility equipment, including fire suppression systems, alarm systems, and ground support equipment.

Administrative & Reporting:

• Prepare and present detailed monthly reports, maintenance plans, and operational updates to executive management.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive maintenance records.
• Participate actively in strategic planning related to aircraft operations and maintenance.

Performance & Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Stay current with industry best practices, technological advances, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required; Inspection Authorization (IA) highly desirable.
• Master Technician designation on Falcon 7X preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of aviation maintenance experience, including at least 5 years dedicated to Falcon 7X.
• Previous leadership experience in aircraft maintenance management roles.
• Proven expertise with Dassault FalconCare Elite, Dassault EASy IV avionics suite, and Falcon aircraft systems.
• Experience managing FAA compliance, major inspections, and external vendor relationships.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in private aviation maintenance operations.
• Must reside within one hour of Denver.
• Ability to articulate clearly and professionally in communications with executive management.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
