Overview We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive ( Junior Marketing Associate ) to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, branding, and digital communication. You will assist in executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing digital platforms, and supporting the development of brand strategies. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and website updates Monitor and analyze performance metrics from campaigns (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project coordination Help manage marketing calendars, timelines, and promotional materials Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (e.g., designers, agencies) as needed Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 0–2 years of relevant work or internship experience in marketing Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email campaigns, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Skills (Not Required) Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Experience with social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) #J-18808-Ljbffr Brand Mart Solutions Co.
