This is a remote position.

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at Sunrift Adventures, you will support our back‑office operations by accurately entering and maintaining data related to inventory, sales, rentals, and vendor transactions. This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a passion for the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into company systems, including inventory records, sales transactions, rental agreements, and vendor invoices.
  

• Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
  

• Reconcile discrepancies in data and collaborate with on‑site teams to resolve issues.
  

• Maintain organized digital files and update records as necessary.
  

• Generate and distribute regular reports to management and operational teams.
  

• Assist in data cleanup and standardization efforts to improve data quality.
  

• Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
  

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in office technology or data management is a plus.
  

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with database systems is a plus.
  

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  

• Interest in outdoor activities and familiarity with outdoor gear is a plus.
