About the job Data Entry Assistant / Entry level (Remote)
We are seeking to add a Data Entry Assistant to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders and returns
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Organize monthly sales reporting
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and other related tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
