Customer Service Representative CRG is launching a search for a Customer Service Representative in Ellenton, FL! This call center professional will ensure outstanding service for all customers, business partners, and drivers for this large logistics company! Location: Ellenton, FL (onsite)
Schedule: Day Shift (40-45 hrs weekly)
Salary: $16/hr

Responsibilities: - Provide support to clients and business partners through phone and email correspondence
- Address customer concerns with composure and professionalism
- Evaluate, diagnose, and effectively resolve various problems or inquiries
- Track delivery routes' progress
- Verify stamps and scan haul-away pods
- Manage changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Qualifications: - MS Office Proficiency - MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 1 year of related call center experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent
