Job Description Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Dearborn, MI Join a dynamic team at a leading medical center in Dearborn, Michigan, that serves nearly 2 million individuals on their health journey. This full-time position for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with no on-call or weekend shifts, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Job Responsibilities: Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for various medical procedures. Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings accurately. Collaborate with anesthesiologists and the surgical team to develop and implement anesthesia plans. Provide airway management services as necessary in various hospital settings. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation of all care. Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Educate staff, patients, and families about anesthesia care. Maintain knowledge and skills in current technologies and practices within the field. Contribute to professional development and foster a healthy work environment. Support and mentor new staff and students as needed. Qualifications: Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). Active Michigan nursing and specialty licenses. Minimum of 2 years of CRNA work experience (not including RN or training). Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain by start). Active certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willingness to obtain). Clean malpractice and license history.
