As a Computer Repair Technician on our Team in Denver, CO you will be responsible for providing intake, diagnosis, and technical repair work on customer devices based on your team’s assignment. This full time position is M-F, 8am-4:30pm.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot device issues using customer notes and a full diagnosis to identify source of error, assigning repair grade based on the problems
• Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing of parts using provided tools
• Complete a thorough quality assurance review of all completed repairs, ensuring technology is working to customer and Vivacity expectations
• Prepare serviced products for shipment, creating boxes, and packing to ensure safe and timely delivery
• Maintain organization of designated workstations
• Cross-train in Production to assist as business dictates
• Present relevant work updates and data to Team Lead
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead

Education and Experience Levels Are We Looking For:

• High school diploma and minimum 2 years relevant experience required
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Certifications: HP, Lenovo, Dell (preferred, but not required)
