About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO in driving operational excellence and scaling the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company-wide operating rhythms, addressing key strategic issues, and ensuring the CEO's focus on high-impact areas. This role is pivotal in amplifying the CEO's impact, driving cross-functional execution, and running strategic planning and operating cadence. The Chief of Staff will also support market and customer strategy, lead internal communications, and facilitate executive forums to build a culture of trust, focus, and high performance. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 8-12+ years of experience, with a background that ideally includes a mix of consulting, strategy, business operations, or a similar role in a fast-growing company. The role requires a proven ability to operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on operator, with experience in driving strategic planning, OKRs, and operating cadences across senior teams. Excellent communication skills, high trust, discretion, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. The Chief of Staff will be expected to be a leader who can influence across functions, and who is adept at problem-solving and managing through ambiguity.
