What You’ll Do

As a member of the executive leadership team, you will:

• Lead clinical innovations, quality initiatives, and workforce development across Texas health centers.
• Guide value-based care strategies and integration of services across networks.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, accreditation support, and clinical best practices .
• Serve as the primary clinical advisor to TACHC and represent the association at the state and national level.
• Mentor and support health center leaders while advancing person-centered, equitable care delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• A licensed MD or DO in Texas (or eligible for Texas licensure).
• Proven leadership and administrative experience in community health, value-based care, or population health.
• Strong skills in collaboration, innovation, and clinical strategy .
• Passion for advancing healthcare access and quality for underserved populations.
