Join Griswold Home Care and Make a Meaningful Difference in Your Community Griswold Home Care, a nationally recognized leader in senior care, is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide part-time support for clients in the Metrowest Boston area, including Boston, Brookline, Newton, Needham, Wellesley, and surrounding communities. This is an hourly position offering flexible short shifts, ideal for those seeking meaningful work with a competitive pay rate between $20 and $37 per hour, paid weekly. What You’ll Do: * Provide compassionate, personalized care following each client’s customized care plan * Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility * Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and tidying * Offer medication reminders and monitor client wellbeing * Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities * Communicate effectively with clients and their families, providing updates and addressing concerns * Document care delivered and report any changes in client condition * Maintain professionalism and respect at all times What We’re Looking For: * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience in home care, facility, or group home settings * Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development * A genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $37 * Weekly paychecks * Flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle * Continuing education opportunities * Supportive and positive work environment About Griswold Home Care At Griswold Home Care, we are dedicated to helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home.
