Position Summary:The Caf Manager is responsible for overseeing daily caf operations while leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team. This role ensures exceptional customer service, consistent product quality, operational excellence, and alignment with brand standards. The Caf Manager serves as a role model for the brand and is accountable for achieving sales goals, maintaining compliance, and fostering a welcoming caf environment.
