Hylo is building the future of running footwear After doubling sales in 2024 and again in 2025, were scaling fast in the U.S., our biggest market. Were now looking for a Brand Designer to join our growing creative team in Los Angeles. Were looking for a designer who thrives on collaboration, someone who can take creative direction, run with it, and bring ideas to life with care and consistency.

What Youll Do

• Build and refine creative assets across our ecosystem from paid ads and emails to social and campaign storytelling.
• Translate creative direction into production-ready assets with speed, precision, and an eye for detail.
• Design across every platform creating work that connects our performance-driven story to a fast-growing global audience.What Were Looking For

What We're Looking For

• A proactive problem-solver who can keep projects moving and maintain consistency across multiple deliverables.
• Experience working with brand systems and building assets within established visual language
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and flow.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Passion for running (movement / fitness) and alignment with our mission: Run Like the World Depends on It.
• Understanding of content production workflows and how to collaborate with editors or motion designers.

Technical Proficiency

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma - for collaborative layout work, design systems, and prototyping
• After Effects or Premiere Pro - enough proficiency to build or refine motion assets, social content, or logo animations
• Bonus Tools: Lightroom (photo adjustments), Notion (project workflow), Miro (concepting/mapping), or Canva (light templating)
