Exciting role to participate in the future of Video Advertising Media...Addressable, Digital, Advanced formats and audiences! DIRECTV is in search of a Systems and Services Associate to join our Ad Sales Organization. In this role, you will focus on the support of business customers with responsibility for managing fundamental/non-complex customer support issues across orders and account maintenance. You will participate in activities targeted for sales support and project management, focusing on product knowledge and process, relationship building, and business management under close supervision with direction from management.
Here's what you'll do: - Support internal customers by fielding any and all system related questions, solving system related issues, engaging external vendors or internal engineers/ad Ops team members when necessary.
- Regularly review support cases to determine improvements opportunities, and process optimization.
- Help manage vendor relationship and handle release testing during upgrade periods.
- Regularly maintain workflow documents and training.
- Ability to generate ad hoc reporting analysis for various internal teams with accuracy.
- Conduct training for our stakeholders and drive acceptance.
- Gather business requirements for improvement projects and produce technical specs for Engineering to build.
What you'll need to be successful: - 4 years college, preferred.
- Entry level industry experience in advertising/media sales.
- Familiarity with business and/or sales environments.
- Versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a persistent commitment to root cause identification and effective cross-functional collaboration.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $54,245 - $98,555 Low (N1): $54,245 - $81,415
Mid (N2): $57,100 - $85,700
High (N3): $62,810 - $94,270
Top (N4): $65,665 - $98,555
