The chemical manufacturer is seeking to hire: Office Assistant (Admin. Executive Assistant/ Accounting Assistant)
- Office Location: Houston, TX 77046
- Office Hours: Monday to Friday @9:00~17:00 (30~60 minuets: lunch break)
- Direct hire with full benefits
- Non-Exempt (OT will be paid separately)
- Start: Immediately
- Language: English
- Required skills: Accounting, General Affairs, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant
- Experience: 3~ 8 years
- Hourly salary: $21.00~25.00
Main Job Functions:
- Accounting support/ bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, Invoices, Reporting, Payroll support
- Executive Assistant: Booking meetings/ booking restaurants/ booking travels
- Budgeting, Expense management, Create the reports
- General Affairs: Order the office supplies, support HR department
Technical/ Software: (preferred to have some skills)
Quickbooks, SAP, SAP concur, Peachtree, Sage-- something accounting related systems/ software
Must have MS Office- advanced skill
Education:
Associate's degree or higher
