Now Hiring Full-Time Director of Activities Responsibilities Develop an activity program that is both sufficiently diverse and sensitive to our resident’s needs. Determine individual resident interests and expectations regarding preferred programing. Conduct assessments to ascertain physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities of each resident. Supervise and participate in events alongside department. Other duties as assigned by Administrator. Qualifications Prior experience managing staff is preferred. Ability to work independently or part of a group. Computer knowledge.
