• Plan and assist with individual and group activities that meet the social, emotional, and physical needs of residents
• Support daily, evening, holiday, and every other weekend activities
• Conduct one-on-one visits with room-bound residents
• Help organize special events and community involvement opportunities
• Complete activity assessments and documentation per regulatory guidelines
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to promote resident well-being

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in wellness programs or senior activities is a plus
• Must be reliable and enjoy working with older adults
• Ability to maintain compliance with all safety and infection control procedures
