Overall Job Summary Tractor Supply Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Finance Summer Intern to join our finance team for a 11-week paid internship in the Nashville/Brentwood, TN area. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate finance and contribute to the financial success of our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Data Management: Work with financial data to maintain accurate records and assist in data analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Investment Analysis: Support investment evaluation and capital allocation decisions.
- Risk Management: Assist in identifying and assessing financial risks and recommend strategies for mitigation.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with the finance team to provide support during audits and financial reviews.
- Corporate Accounting: Assist in monthly preparation and analysis of financial statements
What We Look For - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Enthusiasm for corporate finance and financial analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
