Job Description The Accounting Assistant role involves supporting the Accounting team with tasks such as invoicing, managing accounts receivable, and collaborating with the Sr Accountant on open and unbalanced trades. Responsibilities include handling emails, printing invoices, and managing expense reports for trades and monthly invoices. Proficiency with PRISM, SAGE, and COGENT is required. Responsibilities Support the Accounting team with invoicing and accounts receivable. Collaborate with the Sr Accountant to address open and unbalanced trades. Manage emails and communications related to accounting tasks. Print and distribute invoices as needed. Handle expense reports related to trades. Prepare and manage monthly invoices. Essential Skills At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in using SAGE, PRISM, and COGENT. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with handling trades and related expense reports. Strong organizational and communication skills. Work Environment This is a temporary position lasting 5 to 6 months, covering for leave. Work hours are from 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. The environment features a great team dynamic and casual culture, seeking an easy-going and flexible individual to fit in. Pay and Benefits The pay rate is $35.00/hr.
